How tuition works
Tuition depends on a few choices, and we go through all of them with you at a tour.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's room, the days you choose and whether your child stays for the school day. We share the current tuition at a tour.
The room: Threes or Fours
The days: two, three or five a week
Mornings, or the school day with lunch from home
Registration
A one-time registration fee covers your child's enrollment file and the first set of materials. It is due when you send in the application.
Holding a place
When we offer a place, a deposit holds it, and it goes toward your child's first month. When a room is full, families join the waitlist and we call in the order they joined as a place opens.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly and paid by autopay or by check. Summer mornings are billed on their own.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether child care assistance is open this month and how it works with our tuition.
Withdrawing
We ask for one month's written notice if your child is leaving, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist.
Other costs
These are named so nothing comes as a surprise.
Registration: holds a place and covers the enrollment file
Materials: art supplies and the replacing of worn toys and books
Spare outdoor gear: mittens, hats, socks and rain pants kept by the door
